This company is the worst I've ever delt with.

They not only did not provide services promised, they refused to reply to my request to cancel my account until after the 30 day money back guarantee time had passed, then refused to accept responsibility.

They don't care about providing quality service, tech support or responsibility for their system that spat Plesk fatal errors every time I tried to add email accounts to my domain.

RIP OFF company! Do not use, you will regret it.

Not trust money back guarantee M6.net promises.
I hired a designer plan hosting on july 1st. After several testing I decide to cancel the account. I asked for my money back refund.
Today, Nov 2nd. There is no money issued from m6.net
I person named BEN e-mailed me that the money was issued. I sent him statements proving that there is no money, and I've been sending several e-mails with no reply.

NO HIRE M6.NET
They are thieft.
They stole my money.
Minus 1000 stars.

I have tried to host an active site with this company since Feb 2008 but most of the time the site is either ridiculously slow or unavailable due to variuos reasons. They offer IMAP support in their FLEX plan but to this day I can't get it to work despite a multitude of support tickets. Now my site can't even connect to it's own database and the admin panel file manager isn't working.

I'm not being nasty, just honest. STAY AWAY FROM M6.NET !!!

TERRIBLE! Our database went down and it took them 1 WEEK to even look at it. They didn't respond to phone calls or emails or support tickets. After a week, they asked if we wanted them to restore it. After we said yes, it took ANOTHER WEEK of them ignoring us before they finally told us that they LOST THE DATABASE and that there was nothing they could do.

NO customer service, NO support whatsoever. And when you go to their control panel, the security certificate lapsed, so IE tells you not to go to the webpage. That's GREAT advice. STAY AWAY FROM M6!

I registered with them because they provide ASP.NET 3.5 + AJAX. Initial setup took 4 days whereas on their website they say within 6hours.
I uploaded a small test program but it didn't work, probably they dont have AJAX installed. Logged numerous tickets and all i got was "we are working on it".....
I sent an email to cancel as after using only 4 days i wasn't happy with the service. They said they will cancel but refund will take place after 1 month.
I sent them a lot of emails asking why it will take a month but received no response from them.
They are the worse company I have used. I should have read reviews.

Price wise they are not cheap either, i have used ucvhost.com ($12/year) cheapest you can find and even t...

I could write a whole article complaining about this company. And all this happened in less than a day.

It all started when I saw their website with good offers. Their website looked very professional so I wrongly assumed their staff was too. It said also that they had a 30 day money back guarantee. This means that if you are not satisfied with their service, you can cancel within 30 days of signing up. So I decided to give it a try.

I signed up for the Flex Plan where you get 7 websites with a free domain. As I'm ordering, I couldn't find where to specify what domain I want for my free domain because that's the one I want to use with the hosting. I found out in another page after doing some research that I have to submit a request to create my free domain after I pay for ...

i started with m6.net since 3 years, and i have 6 domains with them, since one year nothing is working and they lost my data.
i still joining them, why? because i made the biggest mistake in my life when i paid 2 years in advance.

they are the worst hosting in - not net not world but i can say universe.

I think to till you that they changed the password, and the help tickets is not working.
Imagine that they lost your data that you spent 5 years to collect.
In there website they put a picture for there team , and I am sure it’s a big lie .they are not more than 2 or 3 Indian persons .

Definitely worthless!!! I agree with previous testimonies about this hosting service. Their support is extremely slow. It takes several days to respond a simple support query. They state that they provide 24/7 tech support, but I have proved that it is entirely untrue. The control panel is unusable!!! I already made a decision to change to a different hosting company. Actually I feel that any other hosting company will be much better than this one. STAY AWAY!!!

First they when signing up they triggered the fraud detection on my credit card, and it errored when I tried to add a new card and resubmit. But the kicker is that though my card declined they registered the domain, so I had to pay them for the domain, just so I could transfer it somewhere else. It has been 3 weeks and I am just waiting for them to unlock the domain now. This company takes days to respond and takes weeks to do something as simple as unlock a domain. And it is really shady the way they registered my domain before it was paid for, seems like they hope that after all for the pain you will just give up and host through them. SHADY, stay away. Definitely not worth the pain.

I signed up, they triggered the my credit cards fraud protection, and then it errored when I tried to change the cc info.

Though the Credit Card declined they registered my domain, and kept it hostage until I paid them for it. It took me over a week to get them to set it up so I could pay the registration fee to unlock it and transfer it, and though I have paid for it, we are going on two more weeks now and they still have not unlocked it or given me the means to unlock the domain.

They take days to respond by email, if you attempt to call them, don't be surprised if they hang up on. Everytime I talked to someone I was told there is nothing he can do he will have to give it to tier 2 or 3...

Shocking, tech support consistently takes days to answer simple queries. Control panel is so slow it is effectively useless, ASP.NET applications take about 10 seconds to load, stay away. They broke one of our subdomains, took 4 days to respond to support tickets to fix it. Many more issues but I'll just say don't use them, we finally changed to another host and are so glad we did.

This company is nothing but a scam. I wasted $200 and 3 weeks trying to set up a Designer account.

When i submitted a support ticket, it was a vicious cycle of waiting for hours/days for a response to finally be told to "check your code" OR have the support ticket deleted completely.

When i finally requested a refund, my passwords to the control panet and support tickets were changed and I had no access or response from the support team regarding cancellation and refund.

When you try to call the numbers listed in the United States, you get an answering machine.

From what I have read from others, I'll never see my money.

They are nothing but a scam. They crashed my sites, deleted my content and that was an upgrade to them (I had only had their service for 2 wks at that point). When they wouldn't respond to support requests. I decide to cancel my account within the 90 day time period. After 7 requests for a refund and 7 form letters back saying it would be 2 weeks, I was told to get lost and there was nothing I could do, since they are in Austriala(sp?).

Run, don't walk away from this pile of crap of a company.

I have taken this package in the month of march 2009. I have not received the login details for 3 days let i got the details of my control panel to login to my domain but did not received the WHM account details. After sending 15-20 email later I got the details that was too late for me as I have customers waiting for me to host there website I have sent a email to M6.net asking them to cancel my services and refund my payment. I got the confirmation mail saying that they will refund my payment by 25th may 2009 but till date i have not received my refund.

Now I am sending email but there is no reply except the automated email saying that tickets have been closed as there is no responce.

I feel that M6.net is a fraud company and cheating online customer by giving false inf...

This company is bad new. After endless technical problems I moved my account/site/domains to anther provide 6 months ago. They just billed my CC for another year and will not refund.

I'm the clicnt of m6.net company for more than three tears and I'm satisfied with the level of their services. Their Windows reselling is resourceful with in-house support and their prices are quite modest.
There is no downtime on their servers.
All works perfectly well.
Recommed them to use for those who want to succeed in ther delivering hosting services.

I have my account with them, and for the past two years I had been suffering with the crap they were giving me. Today I am relived I had ultimately taken a decesion after almost 100 mails to their supprt people, And I had to request despite the fact that I had all my dues duly paid.

Their support staff insisted me to pay $66, I also Sent him a communication I had with their MD Michael Guilfoyal [email protected]

My Client sent them a mail, and their Mr. Rakesh without getting to the depth of the incident sent a mail to my client that this domain is down because of Non Payment. I almost Lost the Client, I had to immidiatly setup another account with four times more cost then I charged to get out of this situation.

Sales will answer your questions promptly via email, after you pay that's the last you'll ever get from them, except run-around. Plesk control panel takes 2 minutes to load a page - if it even works at all. I immediately requested refund for 60$ - never heard back from them. TOTAL SCAM. And don't believe the fake, glowing reviews here that are obviously written by the guys running the M6 scam, either.

Stay away from this hosting company! I tried signing up for their service and paid $119 for "instant access" to my accounts, which actually took several hours to be enacted. After logging into my control panel (they call it COPANEL), I was unable to do anything... after I clicked on certain buttons like ASP.net Settings, the COPANEL stopped responding - it simply said "Please Wait. Updating..." and stayed there for 45 minutes. This happens continually. Their LIVE chat support is awful. No one answers LIVE chat requests. It took me over an hour today to get someone to LIVE chat with me from M6 for technical support. Yesterday, their LIVE chat service was totally down, which I was told today (I was never informed that LIVE chat was down yesterday, so I just kept trying...

worst hosting experience ever. Over the courses of 5 months, my 2 sites along with a customers were down probably once a month. To top it off in November, the sites are still down (3 days as of writing) and the 24/7 live support that is available through chat is gone. No chat button on the support page anymore. It has mysteriously disappeared. I put in 2 tickets, both critical rating. One explains that my site is down and the other asking to get a refund. it's been over 24 hours since the last response. Support seems "upset" when you chat with them. They answer your questions but I feel like I have to pry with a crowbar sometimes. On contrary, a few tech support people are super nice and very helpful.

I tried several hosts in the past, even had my own VPS server. None come close to m6's service and experience. Now I pay less and run my web site on a shared hosting account.. everything works as good as on my VPS.. I decided to change my provide cos I didn't have the pay money for VPS, so decided to transfer all my files to
m6 shared hosting account. Speed connectivity is the same and their support is always ready to help. I'm really happy with them so far.

Poor Services
They are simply don't know the importance of mail server, sql server etc. Their support team is not capable to do anything. I think they are only reseller. Even they have no common manner to revert the mails.
